About this role

Ascension's Milwaukee cardiovascular lab is seeking a technologist to support diagnostic and interventional procedures. You'll prepare patients for testing, monitor their vital signs and responses throughout procedures, operate specialized cardiac equipment, and ensure the accuracy of diagnostic data. The role also includes maintaining lab equipment and supplies to clinical standards and safety protocols.

To qualify, you'll need current BLS certification (obtained within your first month) and one of several cardiovascular credentials—either a CCI-credentialed invasive specialist or electrophysiology technologist certification, or an ARRT radiography credential. You'll also need either a high school diploma plus two years of relevant experience, an associate or technical degree, or four years of direct cardiovascular technologist experience. Advanced certifications in life support are preferred but not required.

This full-time, in-office position suits someone with hands-on clinical experience who's comfortable with patient interaction, detail-oriented work, and equipment troubleshooting. Ascension is a large nonprofit Catholic health system recognized for workplace culture and benefits.
