About this role

Primary Water Solutions, now part of Celnor Group's Safety & Compliance division, is looking for a Legionella Risk Assessor to conduct independent assessments across commercial and industrial sites in the Oxfordshire area. You'll survey hot and cold water systems, identify risks, and produce detailed reports in line with ACOP L8 and HSG274 guidance. The role combines assessment work with occasional hands-on water hygiene service tasks including temperature monitoring, sampling, and tank inspections, so you'll need both technical knowledge and practical experience.

This position suits someone with proven experience completing Legionella risk assessments and a strong grasp of relevant compliance standards. You'll manage your own workload across multiple sites, maintain accurate records, and communicate findings clearly to clients—requiring good organisation, IT competency, and a full UK driving licence. The role is based in-office but mobile, with a company van provided.

The salary is £29,000–£32,000 annually. You'll receive 20 days of annual leave plus bank holidays, fully funded training and development, an Employee Assistance Programme, free parking, and a £250 work birthday bonus after two years. This is a full-time, permanent position offering genuine scope to develop your career within a growing national group.
