About this role
Cohere Health is seeking a Compliance Analyst to build and maintain the compliance infrastructure that supports its healthcare AI platform as the organization scales. You'll own key certification initiatives—HITRUST, HIPAA, and SOC 2—working across IT, security, and People Operations to close gaps, implement controls, and guide teams through audit and re-certification cycles. The role combines hands-on execution with strategic communication: you'll remediate deficiencies, train staff on compliance practices, and present findings to leadership.
This position suits someone with at least two years of compliance or access control experience, ideally with HITRUST or ISO project exposure. A bachelor's degree in Information Security, Risk Management, or a related field is required. You should be comfortable with GRC tools, familiar with major frameworks like SOC 2 and ISO 27001, and able to explain complex compliance concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. The role is based in Hyderabad and requires in-office work; relocation willingness is preferred.
