About this role
Zscaler is seeking a Benefits Operations Specialist to manage the full lifecycle of employee benefits administration across its EMEA region from a remote base in Ireland. You'd own everything from new hire enrollments and leaver processing to complex leave case management, insurance claims tracking, and the monthly benefits-to-payroll data bridge. This role requires precision in compliance and data integrity, with quarterly audits and vendor invoice reconciliation as core responsibilities. You'll also serve as the escalation point for intricate employee benefits questions, translating ambiguous situations into documented processes and SOPs.
The ideal candidate brings at least four years of dedicated benefits operations experience, ideally within a global SaaS or high-growth tech environment. You'll need strong technical skills—proficiency in Workday HRIS, payroll systems, benefit vendor portals, and advanced Excel for data work—alongside a demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools for operational efficiency. Beyond credentials, Zscaler values owners who thrive in ambiguity, problem-solvers who move with minimal guidance, and collaborators who embrace feedback and continuous learning.
The base salary range is €53,200–€76,000, with placement determined by experience, skills, and education. You'd report to the Senior Manager of People Operations EMEA and join a company that emphasizes comprehensive benefits, flexible work arrangements, and inclusive culture.
