About this role
Acturhire is seeking a Senior Analyst to join its executive compensation and board advisory practice in Amstelveen. You would work on client engagements that require analyzing compensation structures, market data, and governance frameworks, then translating complex findings into actionable recommendations for senior leadership and boards. The role demands strong quantitative skills and the ability to manage defined project workstreams independently while staying coordinated with colleagues and clients across multiple priorities.
The ideal candidate holds a Master's degree in a quantitative discipline—Business Economics, Finance, Strategy, or similar—and has roughly two years of professional experience in consulting, rewards advisory, financial analysis, or related services. You should be comfortable working with compensation and market data, excel at problem-solving, and have the discipline to deliver polished, accurate client-ready work. Fluency in English is essential; local language proficiency is a bonus.
Success in this role hinges on your communication ability: you need to present sophisticated analysis clearly to diverse audiences, manage competing deadlines, and take ownership of your workstreams. Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency are non-negotiable. This is an in-office position in the Netherlands, suited to someone ready to build depth in executive compensation advisory early in their career.
