About this role
Acturhire is seeking an Associate Manager to join its Executive Compensation & Board Advisory team in Amsterdam. You'll work with complex compensation structures and governance issues at the senior level, combining financial analysis with HR strategy. The role demands someone who can move between detailed spreadsheet work and high-level advisory conversations—you'll need strong analytical capability to extract insights from data, alongside the interpersonal skills to present findings to boards and executives.
This position suits candidates with a master's degree in economics, business administration, or finance who have genuine interest in how compensation drives organizational strategy. Prior experience in executive compensation consulting or board-level advisory is valuable but not essential; what matters more is your ability to think systematically through problems, work independently on detailed tasks, and collaborate effectively as part of a team. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, fluency in English, and attention to detail are baseline expectations.
The role is full-time and based in-office in Amsterdam Noord-Holland. The application process includes an assessment alongside your CV and motivation letter.
