Most Asanas have the option to work from home on the two other weekdays they are not in office. If you're interviewing for this role, your recruiter will share more about the in-office requirements.

  • Partner closely with Sales counterparts to build strategic account plans, nurture executive relationships, facilitate Executive Business Reviews, and identify expansion opportunities
  • Serve as the voice of your customers by surfacing key trends and insights back to our Product, Research, and business teams
  • Travel on-site up to 10% of the time, depending on customer needs

In this role, you'll guide complex organizations through successful Asana deployment, drive adoption across their teams, and serve as a trusted strategic advisor throughout their lifecycle. Your work will span deployment design, change management, workflow optimization, and executive business reviews—essentially partnering with customers to translate their business goals into measurable outcomes using Asana's platform.
