About this role
FAM Brands is seeking an experienced Apparel Product Developer to own the end-to-end private label production cycle for a major sportswear and activewear manufacturer. You'll manage everything from initial sourcing strategy and vendor relationships through costing, testing, compliance, and bulk production execution—working across design, merchandising, QA, and planning to keep seasonal calendars on track and margins in line. This role demands someone who can build scalable, compliant supply chains while balancing quality standards with cost efficiency across multiple global regions.
The position requires at least five years of apparel product development or production experience, with hands-on knowledge of the development process from concept to finished goods. You'll need strong familiarity with Centric PLM, BOM management, and the ability to navigate costing, fabric optimization, and vendor performance metrics. Beyond technical skills, you'll lead a team, drive process standardization, and mentor talent while managing production risks, quality failures, and delivery escalations.
Based in Kentucky at FAM Brands' current headquarters (with a planned move to Beverly Hills in August 2026), this full-time role offers a salary of $90,000–$100,000 plus participation in the annual bonus program. It's suited for someone ready to take ownership of complex supply chain operations and thrive in a cross-functional environment.
