About this role

Trove Nutrition is seeking a Document & Change Control Specialist to build and enforce the systems that keep a fast-growing sports nutrition company aligned across functions. You'll own the full lifecycle of product documentation—from formulas and bills of materials to labels and supplier records—while managing the change control process that routes updates through R&D, Quality, Purchasing, Brand, and Regulatory. This is a senior role with real authority: you'll set company-wide policy, define standards and procedures, and hold the line on compliance across departments.

The ideal candidate brings 4–6+ years managing document and change control systems in regulated food, beverage, or supplement manufacturing, with hands-on experience in GMP frameworks like SQF or BRC. You'll need to be equally comfortable with the technical side—SharePoint, Excel, managing complex product data—and the interpersonal side, influencing multiple stakeholders to stay aligned and resolving conflicts when changes don't meet requirements. Strong organizational skills and independent judgment are essential; you'll be the go-to authority on these processes, helping teams adopt standardized approaches while minimizing business disruption.
