About this role
GSI / Access Limited is looking for drill rig operators and casing drillers to support geotechnical stabilization projects across challenging terrain in North America and New Zealand. The work centers on installing anchors and micropiles that stabilize slopes and protect infrastructure—tasks that demand both technical equipment knowledge and the ability to adapt to variable ground conditions. You'll be operating specialized rigs, managing casing installation, coordinating with field crews, and maintaining equipment to the standard that keeps operations safe and efficient.
The role suits someone with hands-on experience in geotechnical drilling, whether that's with specific rig brands like Klemm or Soilmec, drilling methods such as dual rotary or down-the-hole hammer, or related work like grouting or anchor testing. GSI values operators who take ownership of their equipment, communicate clearly under field conditions, and understand that crew coordination and installation quality are inseparable from good drilling. You don't need experience across every method or brand listed, but you should be able to speak specifically about what you've operated independently and how you've worked within a crew.
This is full-time, in-office based work in Denver, Colorado. The company asks that you share your resume or a summary of your drilling experience, the specific rigs and methods you know, your location, and your willingness to travel. Your background will be reviewed for current and future opportunities.
