POWERX's Senior Conformity Engineer role centers on ensuring power infrastructure products and systems meet industry standards and regulatory requirements—work that directly impacts safety and quality across the organization's full project lifecycle. You'd lead a team of Conformity Technicians while conducting thorough assessments, developing compliance strategies, and providing technical guidance to engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams. The position requires deep knowledge of complex power distribution equipment, medium voltage systems, and relevant standards, along with the ability to validate components, oversee testing, and communicate findings to senior leadership.

This is a hands-on role that blends desk work with field presence. You'll prepare detailed compliance documentation, analyze test results, identify and mitigate compliance risks, and stay current with evolving regulations and industry best practices. The job involves some travel (around 30% of the time) and exposure to industrial environments, though most hazard exposure is low-level.
