SUMMARY

We are seeking a fashion-driven, commercially minded Women’s Merchandiser to join our Beverly Hills team. This is an exciting opportunity for a merchandising professional who is deeply connected to women’s fashion, understands how trends translate into real product, and is eager to grow within a dynamic, product-driven environment where ideas move quickly, ownership is valued, and strong instincts are key.

This role plays a key part in shaping seasonal assortments- partnering closely with Sales, Design and Product Development to build collections that feel modern, relevant, and commercially strong.

You are both creative and analytical: someone who loves product, thrives on ownership, has a strong point of view on trends and can confidently manage multiple priorities while staying focused on the bigger brand vision. You’ll play an important role in helping build a product assortment that strengthens and evolves the overall brand point of view.

If you’re passionate about women’s fashion and excited by the opportunity to help shape product in a growing, design-driven environment, we’d love to hear from you!

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Partner with Design to help shape seasonal assortment strategies across key women’s categories
  • Translate trend research, market insights, and competitive shopping into clear product direction
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the customer: how she shops, styles and what she’s looking for next
  • Monitor product and category performance, identifying opportunities to react and evolve the assortment
  • Continuously assess the competitive landscape: identifying opportunities, white space, and potential risks across the market
  • Drive the development of cohesive collections: balancing fashion, price architecture, and retail channel needs
  • Manage line plans, assortment tools, and merchandising recaps across seasonal milestones
  • Own key calendar deliverables and help drive cross-functional alignment from concept through market
  • Prepare product presentations, showroom storytelling, and customer-facing merchandising tools
  • Maintain accurate product data in PLM and support style tracking across development stages
  • Identify opportunities to evolve category performance and silhouette direction
  • Contribute to a collaborative, solutions-oriented team environment

ABOUT YOU

  • 3–6 years of fashion merchandising experience, preferably in women’s apparel
  • Strong connection to women’s trends, styling, and emerging market shifts
  • Ability to travel up to 4 times per year
  • A self-starter who is comfortable working in a fast-moving environment and taking initiative
  • Strong product instinct with the ability to balance creativity and commercial thinking
  • Highly organized with excellent follow-through and attention to detail
  • Confident communicator who enjoys working cross-functionally
  • Master in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with PLM systems (Centric), Canva, and Illustrator is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Merchandising, Fashion, or related field preferred

WHY THIS ROLE

  • High visibility and opportunity to shape real product decisions
  • Clear runway for career growth and increased ownership
  • Collaborative, fashion-focused team environment
  • Exposure to multiple retail channels and customer perspectives
  • Based full-time in Los Angeles

About this role

FAM Brands is looking for a Women's Merchandiser to join its Los Angeles headquarters, working at the intersection of trend forecasting, product development, and commercial strategy. You'd partner closely with Design, Sales, and Product Development to build seasonal assortments that feel current and commercially strong across the company's portfolio of brands—including Marika, Wildfox, Three Dots, and Balance Collection. The role requires both creative instinct and analytical rigor: translating market research and competitive insights into clear product direction, managing line plans and assortment tools, monitoring performance data, and owning key deliverables from concept through market launch.

This position suits someone with 3–6 years of fashion merchandising experience who has a genuine connection to women's trends and styling. You'll need strong Excel skills, comfort with PLM systems (Centric is a plus), and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving, collaborative environment where ownership is valued and quick decision-making is the norm. Travel up to four times per year is expected. A degree in Merchandising, Fashion, or a related field is preferred.

The role offers visibility into real product decisions and clear room to grow within a design-driven company. The salary range is $85,000–$110,000, plus participation in an annual bonus program. Note that FAM Brands is relocating its headquarters to Beverly Hills in August 2026, so this position will be based there full-time.
