About this role
Skilled Wound Care is looking for a Business Development Manager to own full-cycle sales across the Boston skilled nursing and long-term care market. You'll manage your territory independently—from identifying prospects through closing contracts—while selling a physician-led wound care model directly to facility owners and administrators. The role demands someone already embedded in the local SNF community who understands how these facilities operate and make purchasing decisions. You'll be expected to travel 4–5 days per week and carry materials up to 25 lbs.
This is a contract position that rewards performance directly. Base salary runs $100,000–$120,000, but the real upside is uncapped quarterly bonuses tied entirely to deals you close. The company emphasizes a collaborative culture with weekly clinical education, hands-on executive support, and genuine autonomy in how you build your strategy. You'll need 2–10 years of documented sales success in long-term care, skilled nursing, or wound care, plus a bachelor's degree and the integrity to win business the right way.
If you thrive selling complex healthcare solutions, have credibility in the SNF space, and want earnings that scale with your output, this role offers both the independence and support structure to make that happen.
