About this role
Procare Solutions is seeking a Senior Contracts Administrator to own the full lifecycle of customer and sales agreements in a B2B SaaS environment serving the early childhood education sector. You'll draft, negotiate, and manage MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, and amendments while working closely with Sales, Legal, and Finance teams to balance revenue growth with risk management. The role demands strong judgment on commercial terms, the ability to move deals forward under deadline pressure, and skill at identifying and escalating legal or financial risks using established playbooks.
The ideal candidate brings at least five years of contract administration or commercial legal support experience, with solid knowledge of liability, indemnification, data protection, and other core contract mechanics. You'll need proficiency with CLM and CRM tools like Salesforce and DocuSign CLM, plus direct negotiation experience with customers. A background in education or childcare software is valued but not required; what matters most is your ability to manage high contract volumes, communicate clearly in writing, and maintain organized workflows across competing deadlines.
This is an in-office contract role based in Denver (or Atlanta) requiring a minimum of three days per week on-site. The position offers a competitive salary of $87,600–$94,400 depending on experience, along with comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision coverage, 401(k) matching, FSA options, tuition reimbursement, and an RTD EcoPass for Denver employees.
