About this role

Working on Jordan Park's Client Experience Management Team, you'd serve as an operational and analytical backbone for leadership at a private wealth management firm serving high-net-worth individuals, families, and institutions. The role blends administrative support with substantive business development work—you'd manage meeting logistics and Salesforce records while also authoring thought leadership pieces on industry trends, analyzing financial data for prospective clients, and designing qualification processes. It's a position designed to give you broad exposure to how a wealth management business operates, with direct access to senior leaders and involvement in strategic initiatives from day one.

This is an early-career role suited for someone with one to two years of work experience who is genuinely interested in private wealth management and wants to understand the business deeply. You'll need strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, comfort with Salesforce, and the ability to manage multiple tasks independently while staying organized under pressure. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with client-facing experience, strong attention to detail, and the intellectual curiosity to connect operational details to larger business strategy. Discretion and integrity are essential given the sensitive nature of client information.

The position offers a $100,000–$110,000 base salary plus discretionary bonus, with comprehensive benefits including fully covered medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401k matching, generous PTO, and an annual professional development stipend. The in-office requirement in San Francisco means you'll be embedded in the team environment, which supports the learning and relationship-building that the role emphasizes.
