About this role

CloudKitchens operates cloud kitchen facilities that enable restaurants to fulfill online delivery orders efficiently. As an Associate Operations Manager in their Indianapolis facility, you'd manage the day-to-day operations of a smart kitchen hub, overseeing everything from team scheduling and order fulfillment to facility maintenance and health compliance. The role blends hands-on operations work with relationship building—you'd lead facility tours for prospective restaurant partners, shepherd them through onboarding, and serve as their primary contact for ongoing support and problem-solving.

The position suits someone with roughly two years of experience in operations management, restaurant management, property management, or assistant management roles. You'd need comfort with both people leadership (training and performance management of your facility team) and technical facility work (conducting maintenance inspections on HVAC, refrigeration, and other equipment, coordinating vendor services). The role also involves financial responsibility—you'll manage the facility's P&L and report key metrics to leadership.

This is a full-time, in-office position in Indianapolis with a salary range of $54,000 to $64,000, plus eligibility for equity, performance bonuses, and a standard benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off. The company requires five days per week onsite collaboration.
