About this role

RoofingSource, a family-owned commercial roofing company operating nationwide for over 20 years, is hiring a Service Foreman in Atlanta to lead in-house crews on low-sloped roof installations and maintenance. You'd work with systems including TPO, PVC, BUR, modified bitumen, and EPDM, operating specialized equipment like Leister welders and hot air guns while ensuring work meets job specifications, warranties, and safety standards. The role requires five or more years of roofing experience preferred, though related trade background can substitute.

Beyond hands-on technical work, you'd manage crew communication, training, and direction while handling client-facing responsibilities—creating reports via tablet and coordinating through mobile technology. The company provides all necessary equipment, including a company vehicle and phone, plus a full benefits package covering medical, dental, vision, and pet insurance, along with a matched 401(k), paid time off, and HSA/FSA options. According to the posting, RoofingSource emphasizes stable, consistent work and genuine support for its people, positioning this as a meaningful shift for foremen accustomed to understaffed or inconsistent environments.
