About this role
RoofingSource is a family-owned commercial roofing contractor looking for a Production Foreman in Orlando to lead in-house crews on low-sloped roof installations and maintenance. You'd be responsible for directing team members, ensuring work meets job specifications and safety standards, and managing the technical side of TPO, PVC, BUR, modified bitumen, and EPDM systems. The role involves operating specialized equipment like Leister welders and hot air guns, documenting work via tablet, and communicating with clients and your team throughout each project.
The company emphasizes stability and support—they staff projects with their own teams rather than subcontractors, and they're explicit about prioritizing employee wellbeing as a counterpoint to the industry norm of inconsistent hours and minimal backing. You'd have access to a full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, pet insurance, a matched 401(k), and paid time off. The position requires at least five years of roofing experience and comfort with handheld technology; you'll be provided with a company vehicle, phone, and all tools and materials.
The salary range is $30,000–$40,000 annually for a full-time, in-office role in Orlando.
