About this role
RoofingSource, a family-owned commercial roofing company operating nationwide for over 20 years, is hiring a Service Foreman in Orlando to lead in-house installation and maintenance crews on low-sloped roof systems. You'd be responsible for hands-on work with TPO, PVC, BUR, modified bitumen, and EPDM systems, operating specialized equipment like Leister welders and hot air guns while ensuring jobs meet specifications, warranties, and safety standards. The role also involves directing crew members, managing communication and training, and documenting work via tablet-based client reports.
The position calls for at least five years of commercial roofing experience, though related trade background may substitute. You'll need to be comfortable with handheld technology for daily operations and capable of communicating clearly with both your team and clients. RoofingSource provides all work equipment, vehicles, and tools, plus a standard benefits package including medical, dental, vision, pet insurance, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and HSA/FSA options. The company emphasizes treating employees as its core asset and maintaining consistency through in-house teams rather than subcontractors.
The salary range is $30,000–$40,000 annually for this full-time, in-office role in Orlando.
