Job responsibilities include:
- On/off-load of product from tables, rolling racks, delivery trucks, or wood crates
- Work as part of a team
- Perform different functions on a rotating basis that are considered essential function of your job
- Be available to work in all areas of production
- Perform work as assigned by Supervisor
- Will need to operate PIT equipment
What We Are Looking For
- Must be able to read, understand and communicate paperwork and labels
- Must be able to read and interpret basic mathematical measurements and effectively use a tape measure.
- Must be able to attach appropriate labels to material while correctly counting and identifying material
- Can perform in multiple areas of the department or other departments.

About this role
Oldcastle BuildingEnvelope operates manufacturing and distribution facilities across five countries, supplying architectural glass and building products to major projects nationwide. The Warehouse Associate 2 position in Waxahachie is a full-time, in-office role focused on packing and material handling within a department that serves as a genuine entry point into the company—OBE has a strong track record of promoting from within.
Your day-to-day work involves loading and unloading products from tables, racks, trucks, and crates; rotating through different warehouse functions; operating PIT equipment; and applying labels while verifying counts and material identification. You'll need to read and interpret paperwork, labels, and basic measurements with a tape measure, and be flexible enough to work across multiple areas of the warehouse or other departments as needed. This is fundamentally a team-based role where you'll take direction from supervisors and adapt to shifting priorities.
