About this role
Indie Campers is looking for someone to own the frontline experience at their Phoenix depot—managing rental operations while also converting customers into RV buyers. You'll handle check-ins and check-outs, conduct RV demonstrations, troubleshoot technical issues, and track leads through the sales pipeline, all while maintaining the company's service standards across both rental and sales functions.
This role demands genuine comfort with people and vehicles in equal measure. You need 1–3 years in customer service, sales, hospitality, rental, or automotive work, plus the ability to explain RV systems clearly, stay organized under pressure, and adapt quickly when customers arrive stressed or excited. The job is physically active—you'll be on your feet throughout the day, working outdoors in Phoenix's weather, and flexible enough to cover weekends and peak seasons. A valid driver's license is required.
The compensation is $18.50 per hour plus sales commissions and bonuses, with training provided in product knowledge and sales techniques. If you thrive in a hands-on environment where you're directly responsible for customer satisfaction and revenue, and you're ready to grow into other areas of the business, this could be a solid entry point into Indie Campers' operations.
