Job responsibilities include:
- On/off-load of product from tables, rolling racks, delivery trucks, or wood crates
- Work as part of a team
- Perform different functions on a rotating basis that are considered essential function of your job
- Be available to work in all areas of production
- Perform work as assigned by Supervisor
- Will need to operate PIT equipment
What We Are Looking For
- Must be able to read, understand and communicate paperwork and labels
- Must be able to read and interpret basic mathematical measurements and effectively use a tape measure.
- Must be able to attach appropriate labels to material while correctly counting and identifying material
- Can perform in multiple areas of the department or other departments.

About this role
Oldcastle BuildingEnvelope's Waxahachie facility is looking for a Warehouse Associate 2 to join its packing and material handling operations. You'll be responsible for loading and unloading products from various sources—tables, rolling racks, trucks, and crates—while working as part of a warehouse team. The role requires flexibility; you'll rotate through different functions across the department and potentially other areas of production, and you'll operate PIT (powered industrial truck) equipment as part of your responsibilities.
To succeed here, you need solid practical skills: the ability to read and interpret labels, paperwork, and basic measurements using a tape measure; accuracy in counting and identifying materials and applying labels; and comfort working in multiple departments as needed. This is a full-time, in-office position at a company with a strong track record of promoting from within, so there's genuine opportunity to advance into roles with greater responsibility and pay.
