Integrity Rehab Group is an industry leading therapy management company that partners with physician practices across the nation. In partnering with Desert Orthopaedic Center we have become a preferred outpatient orthopedic therapy service provider to the Las Vegas, NV community. To further support the needs of this community we are looking to add a Physical Therapist to our team that is committed to providing a remarkable patient experience through advancing our vision of coordinating patient-centered care with an emphasis on comprehensive evidence-based treatment. This is enhanced through building integral relationships with our physician partners. Together, we strive to provide exceptional patient outcomes and a positive atmosphere for patient healing while promoting a collaborative and supportive work environment.
Competitive Compensation: $82,000 - $104,000 / year

Requirements:
- Current or pending Nevada PT license
- Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program
- CPR certified

Upstream Rehabilitation is seeking a Physical Therapist to join Desert Orthopaedic Center's outpatient orthopedic therapy team in Las Vegas. You'd work full-time in a clinic setting focused on evidence-based, patient-centered care coordinated closely with physician partners. The role emphasizes building strong relationships with doctors and delivering exceptional outcomes in a collaborative environment, with a manageable average caseload of 11.5 patients per day.
The position offers competitive compensation between $82,000 and $104,000 annually, plus a monthly bonus structure. Beyond salary, you'll have access to tuition reimbursement, a mentorship program, $1,500 in annual continuing education funds, a free MedBridge subscription, and opportunities for orthopedic and sports residencies in-house. Professional development is supported through leadership coursework and clinic shadowing or surgery observation with physicians.
