- Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude.
- Interest in PLCs, controls, robotics, automation, or manufacturing equipment.
- Strong desire to learn, grow, and build a long-term career in automation and field service.
- Ability to follow processes, complete documentation, and troubleshoot problems.
- Professional, calm, and customer-focused communication style.
- Ability to work independently once trained while also being a strong team player.
Work Authorization & Travel Requirements:
- Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship is not available for this position.
- This is an onsite role based in West Chester, OH.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a valid U.S. passport.
- Travel may increase over time as skills develop and responsibilities grow, potentially up to approximately 70%.
Why Fameccanica?

As you develop skills, the role expands into customer-site installation, commissioning, and field service support, with travel potentially reaching 70% over time.
This role suits someone with an associate degree or technical certification in robotics, mechatronics, industrial automation, or electrical engineering technology who has genuine mechanical and electrical aptitude and wants to learn how automated systems work from the ground up. A valid driver's license is required now; you'll also need to obtain and maintain a U.S. passport as travel responsibilities grow.
