About this role
Mark Spain Real Estate is seeking agents for its Jacksonville office who can convert qualified appointments into closed transactions. Rather than spending time prospecting, you'll receive pre-scheduled appointments with motivated buyers and sellers delivered by their inside sales team—your job is to prepare thoroughly, execute their proven process, and close deals. This model eliminates cold calling and prospecting entirely, along with desk, technology, training, and lead fees that drain earnings at other brokerages.
The role demands a full-time commitment including evenings and weekends, and suits agents with at least two years of sales experience who thrive on accountability and structure. You'll have access to AI-powered tools, transaction support, and one-on-one coaching to master the appointment-to-closing sequence. Compensation is commission-based with uncapped potential: average agents earn $70,000–$150,000 annually, top performers exceed $200,000, and your commission splits increase with production. New agents also receive early success bonuses—$2,500 for closing five homes within 120 days, plus $500 per qualifying seller closing in the first 150 days.
You'll need an active Florida real estate license or the ability to obtain one within 30 days. The company has been ranked the #1 real estate team in the U.S. by the Wall Street Journal and RealTrends for five consecutive years, so you'd be joining a nationally recognized operation with a documented system and consistent deal flow.
