About this role

Two Chairs is looking for a licensed mental health therapist to deliver remote, evidence-based therapy to adult clients on a part-time W-2 basis. You'd maintain a caseload of 7–20 sessions per week (8–24 hours of weekly availability) across their integrated therapy and psychiatry platform, practicing modalities including CBT, DBT, ACT, and others. About 85% of your time goes to direct client care, with the remainder split between documentation (due within 48 hours), new client assessments, and minimal administrative check-ins.

To qualify, you'll need an independent license in New Hampshire (LICSW, LMFT, LCMHC, or PhD/PsyD in psychology), at least two years of clinical experience with adults, six months of teletherapy experience, and comfort with clinical assessments and EHR systems. Two Chairs will cover the full cost of licensure in additional states if you're willing to pursue it.

The W-2 structure offers tangible advantages over contract work: employer-handled tax withholdings, accrued paid sick time (up to 80 hours annually), merit-based raises, a 401(k) plan, full malpractice coverage, and state-mandated benefits. You'll also receive a $300 annual wellness and professional development stipend, free APA-accredited CE credits, case consultation, and access to Psych Hub. New Hampshire residents earn $58.50/hour for clinical work and $17.50/hour for administrative tasks; out-of-state rates range from $58.50 to $85/hour depending on location.
