About the Role
Lowcountry Oncology Associates is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to join its inpatient hematology and oncology team, helping advance the practice's mission of caring for every patient like family while bringing the highest quality, most compassionate cancer care to the Lowcountry. As part of a physician-owned practice that is actively shaping the future of cancer care in the Charleston market, you will serve as a key clinical partner across seven affiliated hospitals, working closely with Lowcountry Oncology Associates physicians and multidisciplinary care teams to deliver exceptional inpatient oncology care. In this role, you will evaluate new consults, round on hospitalized patients, coordinate complex care plans, communicate clinical findings and recommendations to supervising physicians, and support discharge and transition planning to ensure continuity of care beyond the hospital stay. This opportunity is ideal for an APP who enjoys hospital-based medicine, thrives in a collaborative environment, and wants to play an integral role in a growing organization with four locations across the Lowcountry that is dedicated to improving the cancer care experience for patients and families throughout the region.

About this role
Lowcountry Oncology Associates, part of the OneOncology network, is looking for a part-time Advanced Practice Provider to support inpatient hematology and oncology care across seven affiliated hospitals in the Charleston area. Working three days per week, you'll evaluate new consults, round on hospitalized patients, coordinate complex care plans, and communicate clinical recommendations to supervising physicians while supporting discharge planning. This is a physician-owned practice actively shaping cancer care delivery in the region, and you'd work as a clinical partner alongside LOA physicians and multidisciplinary teams.
The ideal candidate brings at least two years of APP experience, with hematology/oncology background as either an RN or APP and prior inpatient hospital experience preferred. You'll need a current South Carolina NP or PA license, active DEA registration, BLS certification, and board certification (NP-C or PA-C). Oncology certification such as AOCNP® or AOCPA® is preferred. This role suits someone who thrives in hospital-based medicine and values collaborative, relationship-driven care.
