Available RN Shifts:
- 8 hour shifts
- 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift
- Part-Time, or Full-Time
- No weekend or minimum requirements

- Current valid nursing license and graduation from a qualified nursing program

BAYADA Home Health Care in Georgetown is hiring part-time RNs to deliver one-on-one care in clients' homes, where the organization believes health outcomes improve most. You'll work with patients across all age groups and diagnoses, including those requiring advanced skills like tracheostomy and ventilator management. The company provides paid training and shadowing to build competency in these specialized areas, plus ongoing clinical support by phone around the clock.
The role offers genuine scheduling flexibility—you choose your 8-hour shifts across all three shifts with no weekend or minimum hour requirements. Pay is up to $43 hourly with weekly Thursday paychecks, and part-time staff receive the full benefits package: medical, dental, vision, company-paid life insurance, PTO, an Employee Assistance Program, and preventive care coverage. BAYADA also matches you with cases near your home to keep commutes short.
