The work is flexible and variable; you'll manage multiple clients at your own pace, communicating via phone, email, video, and in-person meetings, with some driving involved for tours and rental searches.
Success here depends on deep Houston roots and genuine local expertise. You'll need at least five years of residency, strong knowledge of the rental market and school system, and ideally prior experience in a client-facing service role like real estate, relocation services, or concierge work. You must own a reliable four-door vehicle and be comfortable working weekends. A bachelor's or associate's degree is preferred, along with comfort using standard office and CRM tools. Spanish fluency is a plus.
