About this role
Minitab is building its Canadian sales presence and seeking an Account Executive to own the Eastern Canada territory—a newly created role at a growth inflection point for the company. You'd manage the full sales cycle for mid-market manufacturers, prospecting new opportunities while expanding existing accounts through upsells and renewals. The work centers on consultative selling: uncovering operational challenges across manufacturing, quality, engineering, and supply chain functions, then presenting data-driven solutions that demonstrate clear ROI and measurable business impact.
This role suits someone with 3–5+ years of B2B SaaS or enterprise software sales experience and a track record of hitting quota on deals valued $25K and above. You'll need strong discovery and negotiation skills, comfort managing complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles, and proficiency with CRM platforms like Salesforce. Background in manufacturing software, quality management, statistical process control, or industrial analytics is preferred but not required; what matters more is consultative selling ability and the capacity to build executive relationships. Travel of 20–35% is expected.
You must be legally authorized to work in Canada and based in the greater Toronto area. A bachelor's degree is preferred, though equivalent professional experience is considered. Minitab is a 50-year-old market leader trusted by 90% of the Fortune 100, so you'd represent an established, respected brand while helping customers solve genuine operational challenges.
