About this role

Morgan & Morgan's litigation team in Atlanta is looking for a paralegal to handle the full lifecycle of workers' compensation and injury-related cases. You'd support attorneys from case intake through trial and settlement, managing everything from drafting pleadings and discovery documents to coordinating depositions, organizing exhibits, and preparing trial materials. The role involves significant client and court communication, legal research, administrative coordination, and the kind of detail work that keeps complex cases moving forward.

The ideal candidate has at least two years of litigation experience, ideally in personal injury, workers' compensation, or premises liability. You'll need strong organizational skills to juggle multiple deadlines, proficiency with standard legal software and Microsoft Office, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. A paralegal certificate or associate degree is preferred, though relevant work experience counts. This is an in-office position in Atlanta, so you'll work directly alongside attorneys and support staff.

Morgan & Morgan offers full-time employees medical and dental insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and paid holidays as part of their benefits package.
