About this role
Lucid Motors' Miami location needs someone to own the complete vehicle operations workflow—from managing sales inventory and lease returns through coordinating logistics and ensuring every car on the lot meets quality standards and is ready for customers. You'd work hands-on across intake inspections, lot maintenance, inventory tracking, and vehicle movements between facilities, partnering with sales, service, and allocation teams to keep everything running smoothly. This is a fast-paced retail operations role that requires equal parts organization, attention to detail, and flexibility to support high-volume delivery periods.
The ideal candidate brings at least two years of operations or support experience and thrives in ambiguous, rapidly changing environments. You'll need strong interpersonal skills to coordinate across multiple teams, a valid driver's license, and genuine comfort with hands-on work—including the physical demands of lot walks, cleaning, and charging vehicles. Salesforce experience and automotive sector background are valued but not required. The role requires willingness to work evenings and weekends in a retail setting.
Lucid offers a standard benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life and disability coverage, paid time off, paid holidays, sick leave, and a 401(k) plan. Eligible employees may participate in equity and discretionary cash incentive programs based on performance and role scope.
