About this role
Atlas HXM's Client Implementation Manager role sits at the intersection of project delivery and client success, requiring someone who can orchestrate complex onboarding engagements while maintaining strong relationships with high-value clients. You'd own the full implementation lifecycle—from strategic discovery and solution configuration through training and post-launch support—working across both small and enterprise organizations in the HR and payroll space. The position demands hands-on project management paired with stakeholder leadership: you'll develop phased plans, drive change management, identify and mitigate risks, and hold both internal teams and clients accountable to timelines and deliverables.
This role suits someone with 5–7 years of implementation or client onboarding experience, ideally with 3–5 years managing large enterprise clients. You'll need strong technical fluency with tools like Asana, Zendesk, or HubSpot, plus a solid grounding in HR and payroll operations across global markets. The ability to think analytically, communicate clearly under pressure, and adapt when circumstances shift is essential. A PMP or equivalent certification is preferred but not required.
Atlas HXM offers a genuinely global setup with flexible PTO, volunteer time, generous parental leave, and access to professional development resources. You'd be working in-office in Ireland for a company that emphasizes diversity, compliance-first operations, and genuine impact—both within the organization and through its ESG commitments.
