We’re looking for motivated, energetic individuals to join our Entry Level Sales Team—no experience needed! Must have personal and reliable transportation. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Engage with homeowners face-to-face in designated neighborhoods to discuss their home’s exterior needs (roofing, windows, siding, and doors).
- Educate homeowners on the benefits of our free, no-obligation inspections and quotes to improve their home’s value and protection.
- Develop top-tier communication and sales skills through hands-on training.

Green Star Exteriors is hiring in-home sales representatives to sell exterior remodeling solutions—roofing, siding, windows, and doors—to homeowners in the Wilmington area. The role centers on meeting with pre-qualified customers who have already requested information, conducting consultations to understand their needs, presenting tailored solutions, and closing sales. You'll follow a proven sales process and work directly with homeowners to guide them through the buying decision, with no cold calling, door knocking, or lead generation required on your part.
The position offers uncapped earning potential, with first-year income ranging from $90,000 to $175,000 based on commission and performance. Green Star Exteriors provides comprehensive training, ongoing coaching from experienced sales leaders, and a structured path to advancement into sales leadership roles.
