We’re looking for motivated, energetic individuals to join our Entry Level Sales Team—no experience needed! Must have personal and reliable transportation. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Engage with homeowners face-to-face in designated neighborhoods to discuss their home’s exterior needs (roofing, windows, siding, and doors).
- Educate homeowners on the benefits of our free, no-obligation inspections and quotes to improve their home’s value and protection.
- Develop top-tier communication and sales skills through hands-on training.

Green Star Exteriors is hiring Sales Representatives to conduct in-home consultations and close sales for exterior remodeling projects—roofing, siding, windows, doors, and related services. The key advantage here is the lead generation: you'll meet with pre-qualified homeowners who have already requested information, eliminating cold calling, door knocking, and prospecting. Your focus is on understanding customer needs, presenting tailored solutions, and guiding them through the buying process using a proven sales methodology.
The role offers genuine earning potential, with first-year income ranging from $90,000 to $175,000+ based on uncapped commission and bonuses tied directly to your performance. Green Star Exteriors provides comprehensive training, ongoing coaching from experienced sales leaders, and a structured path to advancement into sales leadership roles.
