About this role
Working in this Executive-Sales role at The Ritz-Carlton's Naucalpan de Juarez location means balancing guest service excellence with revenue generation. You'll handle incoming guest calls and requests—processing reservations, changes, and cancellations while identifying upselling opportunities and determining appropriate complimentaries like rewards points or gift certificates. The work involves coordinating across departments (Sales, Accounting, Data Administration) to resolve issues, entering guest information into Marriott systems, and representing the brand's standards both in how you communicate with guests and how you present yourself professionally.
Beyond direct guest interaction, you'll support the Sales & Marketing team with administrative tasks and help train and motivate colleagues. The role requires you to read and process information accurately, communicate clearly in writing and over the phone, and maintain confidentiality while protecting company assets. You'll be expected to model the company's service standards and foster positive working relationships across the team.
The position calls for a high school diploma or equivalent and at least two years of related work experience. No supervisory background is required, though you will be expected to assist in developing other employees. This is a full-time, in-office role.
