About this role

OLIVER SEAPAC is seeking a Social Media Manager to lead content strategy and community growth for a leading Indian beauty brand. You'd own all social media content across the brand's diverse product portfolio, from initial concept through posting and performance tracking. This means managing editorial calendars, curating copy across multiple brand voices, shooting phone-friendly content, and actively growing follower bases while monitoring trends and competitor activity. You'll work closely with creative directors, strategists, and internal teams to develop concepts that balance creative excellence with data-driven insights, presenting work directly to the client.

The role demands at least four years of digital writing experience with a proven track record in beauty or personal care. You need strong analytics skills, deep platform knowledge, and the ability to think strategically across social, influencer, paid media, e-commerce, and DTC channels. An editorial background, familiarity with tools like Photoshop, and experience in traditional creative teams would strengthen your candidacy. Beyond the tactical skills, this position suits someone who thrives in fast-paced digital environments, stays immersed in pop culture and internet trends, and can handle pressure while maintaining flawless written communication and accountability across complex workflows.

This is an in-office role based in Mumbai, working within OLIVER's model of building bespoke in-house agencies for major brands. The company emphasizes creative thinking, sustainability-focused brand purpose, and increasingly, AI-enhanced workflows—so genuine curiosity about emerging technologies is valued.
