About this role
Graphcore's Technical Services team is looking for an intern to help build and maintain the documentation, training materials, and knowledge systems that keep their data center engineering operations running smoothly. Over a 12-week summer placement, you'll work directly with engineers and subject matter experts to capture technical information, create clear guidance for colleagues, and organize resources so people can find what they need. The work spans documentation creation, onboarding materials, safety and compliance content, and ongoing improvements to how knowledge is stored and accessed across the organization.
This role suits someone studying communications, technical writing, information management, learning and development, or a related field who has strong writing skills and genuine attention to detail. You should be comfortable working with common collaboration tools, able to translate complex technical information into clear language for different audiences, and genuinely interested in learning how data center and engineering environments operate. Prior experience creating documentation or training materials—whether through coursework, projects, or work—is valuable but not required; what matters more is your ability to organize information carefully, take feedback well, and collaborate across teams.
