This is a 360 recruitment role, working with both candidates and clients. You’ll bring the experience to hit the ground running on active vacancies, while building relationships and developing business across your market.

- Build pipelines of specialist talent for current and future searches.

Who we’re looking for
You have experience sourcing candidates in agency recruitment, ideally within technology. You know how to engage people who aren’t actively looking, manage multiple searches and assess candidates beyond their résumés.
Experience on a 360 desk is valuable, particularly if you enjoy the candidate side and want to bring strong sourcing skills to a specialist market. You should also be comfortable building client relationships and developing new business as part of this role.

About this role
Harnham is looking for an experienced recruiter to own the full cycle of placing data and AI professionals in the Phoenix market. You'll work a hybrid schedule doing 360 recruitment—sourcing candidates, screening for technical fit and career alignment, building talent pipelines, and managing placements through to offer stage. On the client side, you'll develop relationships with hiring managers, generate new business through outreach, and work toward clear activity and revenue targets.
This role suits someone with agency recruitment experience, particularly in technology, who knows how to engage passive candidates and juggle multiple concurrent searches. You should be comfortable assessing people beyond their résumés and enjoy both the sourcing and relationship-building aspects of recruitment. The compensation structure includes a competitive base salary, uncapped commission, and a first-year on-target earnings range of $85,000–$95,000.
