- Prepare and deliver customer-facing reporting packages (e.g., QBR/EBR decks, usage summaries, scorecards) that translate raw data into a clear business narrative for Customer Success Managers and their accounts
- Maintain a working knowledge of the platform(s) and services used across the customer base to ensure reporting accurately reflects real usage and configuration
- Own the accuracy, documentation, and governance of customer and usage data fields within Salesforce (SFDC) and other internal systems, ensuring data reaches the right teams and workspaces
- Support bulk data uploads, data cleanup, and ongoing maintenance of customer records tied to usage and reporting needs, as needed
- Field and triage inbound reporting and data requests from Customer Success, Sales, and Product teams, routing to the appropriate function when outside scope
- Provide monthly updates on reporting-related goals, KPIs, and project status
- Attend industry events as needed
- Perform other work-related duties as assigned
Requirements & Skills:
- 3+ years of experience in data/reporting analysis, business intelligence, or a related analytical role, ideally supporting Customer Success or Account Management

About this role
Mitratech is seeking a Customer Success Data Analyst to serve as the analytical backbone of its Customer & Partner Success organization. You'll design and maintain dashboards and reports that track customer health, product adoption, and engagement across a global client base of 20,000 companies. Working closely with Customer Success Managers, Account Managers, Sales Operations, Product, and Marketing teams, you'll aggregate data from multiple systems, build and refine KPI frameworks, and translate raw usage data into clear narratives that inform account strategy and QBR conversations.
The role demands someone who combines technical proficiency with strong storytelling ability. You'll need at least three years of analytical experience (ideally in a Customer Success or Account Management context), solid skills in Excel and data interpretation, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with Salesforce is important, and experience with business intelligence tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker is preferred. Beyond the technical toolkit, this position rewards people who excel at translating complex data for non-technical audiences and who can navigate difficult conversations around account health with tact and clarity.
This is a fully remote role based in Mexico, open only to candidates residing in that region. Mitratech emphasizes learning, inclusion, and individual excellence within a globally distributed team, offering the chance to work with leading-edge technologies while supporting enterprise clients across legal, risk, compliance, and HR functions.
