About this role

At ITS Logistics, this Team Lead role bridges technical expertise and people management in a hybrid Seattle-based position. You'd oversee an operations team, delegate work, track performance metrics, and serve as the escalation point when technicians hit roadblocks with clients or technical issues. The role also includes after-hours on-call rotation, office management duties, and regular meetings with your team and peer leads to keep leadership informed on frontline operations.

The ideal candidate has either five years of technical experience with three years managing direct reports, or eight years of technical experience including two years of training or teaching. You'll need solid hands-on knowledge across Windows and Mac troubleshooting, modern Windows Server versions, virtualization platforms like VMware and Hyper-V, cloud services including M365 and Azure, and network infrastructure including firewalls, VLANs, and VPNs. MSP experience and active Network certifications are valued. Beyond the technical skills, you must be comfortable working on-site, have a valid driver's license for client visits, and embody ITS's core values of being a creator, staying open-minded, and doing the right thing.

Compensation ranges from $51.96 to $63.44 per hour depending on experience. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage, life and disability insurance, 15 days of PTO to start, paid holidays, a retirement plan, company-paid training and certifications, and a health and wellness program.
