About this role

Mytech Partners is hiring a Business Technology Advisor in Denver to build their client base from the ground up. You'll spend most of your time hunting for new business through networking, events, and associations, then guiding prospects through a consultative sales process centered on managed IT services. The role demands someone who can operate independently, translate technical concepts for business leaders, and understand enough about infrastructure, cloud services, and Microsoft ecosystems to have credible conversations about risk and opportunity.

This position suits someone with 1–3 years of solutions sales experience who's comfortable learning technical details on the job and isn't intimidated by CRM platforms like ConnectWise. You'll own the relationship from prospect through handoff to an account manager, acting as the voice of the client back into Mytech to ensure solutions actually fit their business objectives. The compensation structure—a $50K–$100K base plus commission, with on-target earnings reaching $80K–$200K—rewards hunters who close deals and build pipeline.

Mytech covers medical, dental, and vision fully for employees, provides 401k matching and profit sharing, and offers a professional development plan to deepen your technical knowledge over time. The in-office requirement in Denver means you'll be present for collaboration and community engagement.
