About this role

Aspire Allergy & Sinus is seeking a full-time float medical assistant to work across their East Dallas clinic network, rotating between locations in Plano, Dallas, Flower Mound, Denton, and Frisco. You'll split your time between clinical and front-office duties, administering allergy tests and injections, taking vitals, performing spirometry, and handling patient intake and scheduling. The role requires flexibility with a Monday–Thursday 7 a.m.–5 p.m. schedule and Friday 8 a.m.–12 p.m., plus a valid driver's license to travel between sites.

This position suits someone with medical assistant training or experience who is comfortable with both clinical procedures and administrative work. You'll need to be able to give subcutaneous, intradermal, and intramuscular injections; navigate EHR systems; and manage front-office tasks like payment collection and treatment coordination. Strong communication skills, the ability to stay calm under pressure, and comfort lifting up to 20 pounds and standing for extended periods are essential.

The role offers medical, dental, and vision insurance; generous paid time off plus 10 paid holidays; a 401(k) with employer match; and free allergy testing with discounted treatments. A completed medical assistant program, prior MA or receptionist experience, and current CPR certification are preferred but not strictly required—a valid driver's license is the only hard requirement.
