About Workshop
Workshop is a fast growing, venture-backed startup based in Omaha, Nebraska and we’re on a mission to create more happy Mondays for employees everywhere. We build software to help internal communications teams create, send, and measure multi-channel, employee-centric campaigns.
About this role
Workshop Digital is seeking someone to be the architect of employee culture and connection—both the big moments like quarterly retreats and the smaller daily touches that shape what it feels like to work there. You'd own event planning, office operations, employee recognition programs, and the logistics that keep a distributed team feeling genuinely connected. This role is particularly important at a remote-first company; part of your job is ensuring that employees working from home experience the same sense of belonging as those in the Omaha office.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in event planning, office management, or HR, paired with genuine enthusiasm for making workplaces function well and feel good. You'll need to juggle multiple priorities at once—coordinating travel, negotiating with vendors, managing budgets, and staying on top of operational details—while maintaining the social energy and optimism that draws people in. Experience planning larger company events (50+ people) and comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment are valuable assets.
This is a full-time remote position paying $60,000–$75,000 based on experience, with healthcare, stock options, and unlimited vacation. It's a good fit if you're energized by creating experiences that matter to people and you're genuinely interested in the intersection of culture, logistics, and human connection.
