About this role
Tia's phlebotomy role sits at the intersection of clinical care and clinic operations, making it a good fit for someone who wants hands-on patient interaction alongside behind-the-scenes workflow support. You'll perform standard phlebotomy tasks—venipuncture, fingersticks, specimen collection—but also manage lab operations like order preparation, specimen processing, and equipment maintenance. Beyond the draw chair, you'll room patients, collect vitals, support providers during procedures, and help keep the clinic organized and running smoothly day to day.
The role demands an active California phlebotomy license (CPT I or II) and at least one year of clinical or outpatient experience. Experience with Quest Diagnostics workflows, autoclaving, or supply management is a plus but not required. You'll work Monday through Friday, 8 am to 4:30 pm, at the Silver Lake location, earning $23–$26 per hour with standard benefits including medical, dental, vision, PTO, and 401(k) access.
This is a mission-driven environment within a Series D company focused on integrated women's healthcare. If you're energized by contributing to both direct patient care and the operational systems that make clinics function well, and you're looking for a stable, full-time clinic role with clear structure and purpose, it's worth considering.
