About this role
CPI Security is seeking a Senior Marketing Data Analyst to build and own the marketing analytics infrastructure that drives decision-making across their security and smart home business. You'll work with SQL, GA4, Tableau, Salesforce, and other platforms to create trusted reporting on campaign performance, lead conversion, and attribution across paid search, social, display, email, and offline channels. The role requires you to partner closely with channel owners and leadership to translate data into actionable insights—answering not just what happened, but why and what to do next.
This position demands strong technical skills in SQL and BI tools, combined with deep experience in performance marketing analytics and experimentation design. You should have at least three years as a marketing or data analyst, hands-on expertise with GA4 and GTM, and a track record supporting digital marketing teams with rigorous reporting and A/B testing. Beyond the technical toolkit, you'll need a sharp eye for data quality, the ability to standardize KPIs across the organization, and clear communication skills to present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
The role is based in Charlotte, North Carolina and requires in-office presence. CPI Security offers competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits including medical coverage and 401(k) matching, and a collaborative environment with on-site amenities. If you have the analytics foundation and want to directly shape how a growing company measures marketing success, this is a strong fit.
