What You'll Do
- Execute daily B2B deliveries to cannabis dispensaries across the Bay area
- Potential to run long-haul routes occasionally to territories outside your normal radius
- Manage inventory for all deliveries and product pick-ups from business partners
- Occasionally handle payments for accounts receivable; follow SOPs to keep funds organized
- Complete daily delivery reports and maintain accurate, meticulous paperwork
- Collaborate with the sales team on delivery changes, product issues, and payment matters
- Share product knowledge with dispensary partners as directed
- Project a professional image and deliver outstanding customer service on every stop
- Maintain company confidentiality at all times
- Minimum 1 year of delivery, route driving, or long-haul driving experience; clean driving record required
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
- Box truck, Sprinter van, or cargo van experience preferred
- CDL not required; cannabis industry experience a plus
- Comfortable with delivery apps, GPS navigation, and inventory management systems
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proactive problem-solver with sound judgment and discretion
- Flexible and adaptable - comfortable with a variable schedule and occasional overtime
- Able to drive a van or box truck for 8-12+ hours daily
- Able to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
- Able to stoop, stretch, twist, and bend throughout the shift
- Good vision and hearing; consistent, reliable, and punctual attendance required
- $23/hour

Key Responsibilities
About this role
Mammoth Distribution, a major California cannabis distributor, is looking for a full-time delivery driver to manage B2B routes from its Oakland location. You'd handle daily stops to dispensaries across the Bay Area, occasional longer routes to outlying territories, and the operational side of deliveries—inventory tracking, payment handling, paperwork, and coordination with the sales team. The role calls for someone comfortable driving a box truck or van for 8–12+ hour shifts, lifting up to 50 pounds regularly, and representing the company professionally at each stop.
You'll need at least a year of delivery or route driving experience with a clean record, plus two years in customer service. Box truck or van experience is preferred; a CDL is not required. The position suits someone who's reliable, communicates clearly, handles logistics systems competently, and stays organized under variable schedules. Cannabis industry background is a bonus but not essential.
The job offers $21 per hour plus a quarterly performance bonus, medical/dental/vision coverage after 60 days, paid time off and holidays, and an employee assistance program. It's a Monday–Friday day shift with a hybrid arrangement based in Oakland.
