About this role
Revolution Medicines is seeking a Senior Manager to lead pancreatic cancer marketing execution in Japan as the company prepares to commercialize its RAS-targeted oncology therapies. You would report to the Director of Marketing and own the translation of brand and marketing strategy into concrete initiatives—from launch readiness through post-launch activities. This means driving promotional programs, developing materials across digital and traditional channels, coordinating with sales support, and managing the full lifecycle of marketing projects from conception through deployment and refinement.
The role demands deep expertise in the Japanese pharmaceutical landscape, including regulatory knowledge and promotional compliance. You'll need at least five years of oncology marketing experience with specific background in pancreatic cancer and demonstrated success managing end-to-end marketing campaigns for prescription drugs. Fluent Japanese is essential, along with strong project management skills and the ability to work across multiple internal teams—Sales, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Legal, and Compliance—plus external vendors. Experience launching new oncology products and familiarity with biotech environments are valued additions.
This is an in-office position in Tokyo suited to someone who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution capability and thrives in the structured, regulated environment of pharmaceutical marketing.
