About this role
At Atlas HXM, you'd lead the strategy and execution of enterprise workforce solutions across a global operations team, sitting at the intersection of sales, product, and delivery. The role demands someone who can design scalable service models, oversee cross-functional teams spanning multiple countries, and translate complex client needs into operational reality—all while maintaining direct relationships with senior prospects and clients. You'd own everything from deal structuring and compliance frameworks to process standardization and performance metrics, with real influence over how the company scales its EOR and payroll offerings internationally.
This position suits someone with at least two years of hands-on EOR operations experience who understands the mechanics of global employment, multi-country payroll, and enterprise client management. You'll need fluency in the tools of the trade—HubSpot, BambooHR, Excel modeling—and the analytical chops to pull insights from large datasets that drive both revenue and efficiency. Beyond technical skills, the role calls for strategic thinking: the ability to partner with sales on deal architecture, guide product teams on requirements, and mentor global teams while keeping operations lean and standardized.
Based in Chicago with hybrid flexibility, the role offers $120,000–$150,000 plus bonus, alongside Atlas HXM's broader benefits package including flexible PTO, volunteer time, and parental leave. This is a high-ownership position in a company that positions itself as a category leader in workforce management—ideal if you're ready to move from execution into strategy and leadership at scale.
