About this role
Hive Financial Systems is looking for a Junior Office Manager to be the operational backbone of its Atlanta office—a full-time, salaried entry-level role that sits at the intersection of facilities, culture, and employee experience. You'd be the first point of contact for visitors and staff, managing everything from office supplies and vendor relationships to building access and workspace maintenance. Beyond day-to-day operations, you'd support learning and development programs, coordinate company events and offsites, assist with intern onboarding, and identify ways to improve how the office runs. The role reports to the Office Manager and offers a clear path toward that position.
This position demands strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to juggle competing priorities in a dynamic environment. You'll need proficiency in Microsoft Office, Teams, and scheduling tools, plus a willingness to learn new systems—including AI tools to streamline workflows. A bachelor's degree in business, communications, hospitality, or a related field is required. Experience with event coordination or workplace collaboration platforms like Jira and Confluence is preferred but not essential; what matters more is a proactive mindset, solid communication skills, and a genuine customer-service orientation.
If you thrive on variety, take initiative without constant direction, and enjoy creating a positive workplace environment, this role offers real responsibility from day one. It's ideal for someone starting their career in operations or office management who wants hands-on experience across multiple functions while building relationships with employees, vendors, and leadership.
